How do I receive messages from non-hike users?

A message sent to a non-hike user from a hike VMN (Virtual Mobile Number) is automatically sent as an SMS. The non-hike user can reply to this SMS at Standard SMS Rates. The reply from the non-hike user is received in the same chat thread within hike making the conversation very seamless.

Please note that, a non-hike user cannot initiate a chat with a hike user.
