This happens, when the members are on an older version of hike. You can request them to upgrade to the latest version of hike. A list of all members who are on a non supported build is listed in the Member list view. We have made it easy for you to tap one button and send them a link to upgrade.
I have restricted my group but some members are still able to send messages?
