I cannot send messages / stickers in the group . Why?

It can be because of one of following two reasons:

1. Administrator of the group has made the group restricted, such that only admins can send messages and not members.
2. Administrator might have selective banned you for 24 hours.

In both cases, we encourage you to contact your administrator, privately and clarify.
