I tried to migrate from old hike to new hike 6.0. But I couldn't take backup of chat history on my old hike. When I click on backup, it freezes at 0% itself. I badly need my chats. I have chats from 2015. So kindly help.

Indraneel Bobde I have my utterly important data on hike. It is not getting restored. It shows it has found backup on icloud. but is unable to restore. Please help me ASAP
